Self-paced course. Choose this option to go at your own pace through the course. There are no coaching calls with the self-paced course option.


Course with Small group coaching: This option includes the 90-day gut health course with weekly (12 weeks) small group coaching calls with Dr. Gibbs. The next cohort begins January 13th meeting on Saturdays at 9:30am.


Course with private weekly coaching: This option includes the 90-day gut health course with private 1:1 weekly coaching (12 weeks) with Dr. Gibbs. You can begin this option any time & will discuss scheduling directly with Dr. Gibbs.
